お客様各位

「弊社の既存のお客様」、「キャプティブの設立をご検討されているお客様」、また「リスクマネジメント体制の構築に関して弊社のサポートをご希望されるお客様」からのお問い合わせに対して、弊社ではオンラインでのご対応を開始しました。

Step 1.「Contact us　(お問い合わせ）」の「メールフォームからのお問い合わせ」に記入

本ホームページの「Contact us　(お問い合わせ）」の「メールフォームからのお問い合わせ」に、お客様の「ご希望日時」を含めてご記入のうえ、ご送信ください。

Step 2.　弊社からのご案内

折り返し弊社よりメールにて「お客様専用の会議室（Room）」のURLをご案内いたします。

Step 3.「オンライン・ミーティング」の開催

予定された開催日時に、以下のように進んでください。

① ご案内した「お客様専用の会議室（Room）」の「WherebyのURL」をクリック。

②「Your name（お名前）」の欄にお名前（漢字でも結構です）を入力、「Continue（次へ）」をクリック。

③「Cam and mic are not active（お客様のカメラとマイクが未稼働）」の表示に対して、カメラとマイクの使用許諾をしていただくために「Request permissions（承諾依頼）」をクリック。

④「Whereby.com wants to Use your microphone, Use your camera（Wherebyがマイクとカメラの使用を要請中）」の表示が出ますので、よろしければ「Allow（許可）」をクリック。

⑤ お客様ご自身のカメラ画像が映りますので、よろしければ「Join meeting（会議参加）」又は「Knock（呼び出し）」をクリックしていただくと、ご対応させていただく弊社メンバーとオンライン会議がスタートします。

 

※Whereby（ウエアバイ）とは：世界有数の電話会社が開発した、インストールやアカウント作成は全く不要で、使用方法も非常に簡便なオンライン会議システムです。「専用会議室」の設定のうえ入室後は弊社が「ロック」を掛けますので、秘匿性は非常に高いシステムとなっております。

Please include your “preferred date and time” in the “Contact us” section of this website and send us your inquiry.

Step 2: We will send you information

We will send you an email with the URL of your “Conference Room”.

Step 3. Organize “Online Meeting”

On the scheduled date and time of the meeting, proceed as follows。

(1) Click on “Whereby’s URL” that we have provided.

(2) Enter your name in the “Your name” box and click “Continue”.

(3) Click “Request permissions” to request permission to use your camera and microphone.

(4) In response to the “Whereby.com wants to Use your microphone, Use your camera” message, click “Allow” if you are happy with the message.

(5) You will see your own camera image and, if you wish, click on “Join meeting” or “Knock” to start the online meeting with a member of our team who will respond to you.

The system is highly confidential as it is set up as a “private meeting room” and once you enter the room, you are locked in.
